Why limit this to postal employees? I’m more worried about the guy walking down my street to Starbucks who thinks it would be nice to have a paper to read…

What is it about the offense that appeals to you, or to your sense of whimsy (I’m guessing), James? What is curious is that it is a lesser included offense (and a misdemeanor, to boot) of section 1709, the five-year felony of theft of any “mail matter” by a postal employee.
