(On a serious note- a similar situation happened to me at my last apartment. It wasn’t LaT, but a business was calling every day at 3:30 asking for someone who did not, in fact, live in my apartment. Every day I told them “That person doesn’t live here,” to no success. Eventually, I moved. That ended my dealings with that particular problem.)
